I broke the rhythm of my morning jogs while on a trip last week.

Daily morning jogs give a rhythm to your life–bringing a tone to muscles and mind that is a great back-up source of energy and strength.

That’s the inner source of energy that one needs to live a life that makes a difference.

I will continue with my morning jogs beginning tomorrow morning. It does require waking at 5:45 every morning now that the school-year has begun, but I’ve read of working women who wake up at 4 am, to get their exercise in!

Since we are all able to go to bed earlier as well, it shouldn’t reduce my sleep hours greatly.

Wishing all of you the strength to get up every morning and change the world, one step at a time.
